Description
Ingredients: Millet, cloves, ginger, pepper, grains of selim.
Preparation:
- Boil 2 cups (1 litre) of water for 2 minutes.
- Mix four tablespoonful of Mpampa Hausa Koko paste with half cup (250ml) of water into paste.
- Reduce heat under boiling water and add mixed paste while stirring. Hausa Koko is ready once mixure thickens.
- Serve with sugar/honey, milk, groundnut, etc.
- Serves 2.
